E, let me ask you a question. Why are you pursuing this point with such vigor? I think by now everybody understands your point. I think equally that all who want to comment on it have done so, multiple times. Disgreements remain. They aren't going to be resolved, IMO, by repeating the same point over and over and over. At some point, I think, you have to say "okay, we disagree, we will never agree, let's get on to discussing something more productive." Or words to that effect, not meaning to attribute to you words you haven't said. But hope you will. If you aren't willing to put an end to it, will you at least tell us why this is so centrally important to you that you feel compelled to keep pursuing it even when it should be obvious to someone of your brains that you don't have a hope of changing anybody's mind at this point?
