Yes, and are you aware when the other forum members here post of market research showing that Intel has lost over 6% over the last few quarters? I find data like that hard to ignore, and I'm sure Intel does as well. My guess is that since Intel still has the intention to grow as a company, and in light of the CPU market's dwindling margins, that they would like to recover lost market share for the long term stability of the company, even if short term earnings are reduced. Feel free to offer your perspective, as I don't claim mine as gospel. wanna_bmw
