When I said "other flavors" of Pentium 4, I meant cores such as Northwood, which is manufactured using .13u technology. I feel that the cooling mechanisms that Intel has researched are also set to support the higher power dissipation of future series of Pentium 4 chips, once they reach even higher power limits. Sorry if I was unclear.
