Jim,
thank you for dropping by and lending your valuable insight.
This is truly evidence that the consumer is ratcheting down to save finally, to pay off lofty sums of debt, that will ultimately have a devastating effect on the housing market.
The consumer smells a dirty rat, this is why they're dumping there burdensome mortgages in favour of reducing risk aversion from the impending real estate malaise.

I can't believe the audacity of the Wall St. analysts who continue to grossly overestimate current Q's earnings ( recent misses include the likes of your hometown beloved EMC, along with AMD,BMC software) have not abandoned their very optimistic view of the future.

A note of clarification of one of my last postings, Argentina's 9 billion of IMF handout 2 months ago, is gone ,and they are courting officials for another gracious receiving.
Where does this lunacy end??????

Regards, Tom.
