marty, I like your scenario and think that it's very possible. It makes sense also for Stamm to want the holes tight in order to get the mineral rights on adjacent land. Negotiations take time. News of success would drive up their cost. There are a lot of reasons for silence. Hope the land owners don't visit here. Bob ( - :
