At various times over several hours (not all at once in a single fit of anger) hit him over the head with a force relative to that applied to his daughter, then hit him a couple of times in the stomach, pick him up by the leg and thrown him several feet onto a pile of rocks, use a large plastic dildo to stab into his rectum, and insert a barb wire catheter for his penis and inject jalapeno oil into his veins. If he's still alive (and if it's done properly, he won't be) prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.
