Well in Vietnam the bad guys were supplied by a world power as a part of their global policies. In Columbia a Mafia supported by selling drugs is attempting to create or defend it's power base over that of a free democratic government. As to the sad death by the plane shoot down, you have your facts all wrong. The local Government plane shot down the plane while communicating with a plane with US personnel aboard. I've heard the tapes and sadly the poor cummunication because of a language difference clearly show that the error was caused by a not to bright local Government pilot. The US plane was saying clearly not to shoot and just follow. tom watson tosiwmee
