It's the only PCI modem I have and the mother board only has PCI slots. But it's the 2nd PCI modem I've tried since I returned 1 because it would always connect at 31.2k. This new one consistently connectes at 31.2 also execpt for once it hit 49.2 but that wasn't related to a settings change since I hadn't made one recently.
