This guy (another Democrat who doesn't seem to read or look at the stock charts)...April 2000, right after the Government slammed MSFT in an attempt to split the company, the charts for nearly all companies start heading south....Eventually people got laid off...and surpluses aren't as predicted...Happened on Clinton's watch...10 MONTHS before GWB even took over....
