Once you get the basics down, the geocities home page editor is all you need.

For a great html editor -- use hot dog pro. sausage.com (6MB).

But, for basic html, just use the geocities editor. No need to upload the files to update the text (if you use the hot dog). Everything done online.

Anyone can do webpage design. That was one main reason why I didn't go into webpage design as my career. Limited market -- limited only to businesses who want their own fancy webpages...
