That is a wonderful story. I have several large volumes on Van Gogh and have read most of them. He had a very sad life but created such beautiful and unique work. I've been to the High Museum in Atlanta to view two of his exhibits. To come face to face with The Starry Night and the Sunflowers was an indescribable feeling!
