I have a question for anyone, please.....<g>

I know there are wiretapping laws addressing improper telephone usage and there are laws protecting the tampering and destruction of U.S. mail... does anyone know if there are any laws governing the destruction of another person's incoming fax? It seems it would be covered under some kind of law governing personal correspondence, but I was unable to find anything... anyone? TIA
