Good morning Sharck, ML's views on TQNT's CC tonight.

08:03 ET TriQuint Semi (TQNT) 22.22: Merrill Lynch previews this evening's conference call;
believes company could lower sequential revenue and EPS expectations for Q3 due to continued
shortfalls in its broadband biz... thinks RFMD is a better way to play the recovery of the wireless
sector.
