Futures are dropping because word is out via Abby that Goldman wants to take the market down just as Abby's buy signal at the beginning of August indicated that Goldman wanted to take it up. Goldman is trying to manipulate the market to make such a pronouncement on the Fed. date. It is a call to the street that the weight of Goldman wants to take a some off the market to all that will listen. Her calls, of course, seem to be short term indicators as her calls mark pivot points in the opposite direction -- soon enough -- as Goldman prepares its inventory for a rally just as Goldman probably shorted her buy call.
