Hi Larry! If you read into the second quarter report
things looks alot brighter. Unfortunately, the good
news got buried a bit. But things are looking Brighter IMO.

"The slight drop in the second quarter was due to temporary delays in funding on some of our projects. As of this date the funding has resumed and we are working on those projects. In addition, IAI has acquired several new contracts with significant expansion possibilities. In the last month IAI has increased its staff by 15 people, specializing in web-portal development and web applications.
Overall, our base business is stable and we are pursuing a number of additional opportunities in our web application and legacy modernization business areas. Also significantly, we have reduced our long term payables by over $400,000 by reaching agreements with some of our creditors to accept restricted shares and warrants as payment. We are also continuing acquisition discussions with several firms and hope to complete at least one this year. We remain optimistic that we
are on the right track."
