I guess the intention of Goldman depends upon the wording of her report. I thought it was negative based on what I have heard not what I have read. But one could make the argument that the new target still makes a good end of year return and that this is bullish. But I am more interested in what Goldman is trying to do here. I am not sure without seeing their wording and tone of their report but it seems as though they are trying top take some off.
