AIGI - The following was not part of the 10Q but is the follow up comments of ADAIR's Chairman. "In summary, ADAIR has laid the foundation for a very substantial energy company and as a result of the projects underdevelopment the Company positioned itself to be a long term investment opportunity with tremendous upside as the projects become a reality. In the near term the Company is placing a high emphasis on cash producing properties that meet the Company's investment criteria," stated John W. Adair, Chairman, CEO. The estimated future net revenue of the Company is projected to be in excess of $380 million USD from the projects currently under development.
