11:22 ET Comm IC Weakness : BRCM's launch of it new Gigabit quad transceiver has done little for the stock today as it broke down to its lowest level since early July (July 11 low 34.85) and below trendline support (off Apr/June lows) near 36.85. Will need to work back above the trendline and a secondary barrier at 38.45 to neutralize the latest wave of selling. AMCC and VTSS are also under pressure with near term resistances to watch to stem the negative tide at 14.50 and 15.49, respectively. Both TXCC and PMCS are lower but are currently in a holding pattern slightly above the lows from last week.
