Bill:Yes you have been right as have others some of the time.MSD did not get CEO of the year because he was devious-he does have all the money now while we have ever declining stock so maybe those who say nasty things are right-me I'm still on his team but wondering if I am just another "schmuck"!We are if the management is purposefully attempting to drive the stock lower to award themselves options at low strike prices.They have to get it above 44 or so to rid the "sold put problem within the next couple of years"..Hell I don't know -wish I had the big answer!Dell looks sold out!
