The 2.0GHz P4 soon to be released will not be a northwood but a willamette. Northwood is not expected until sometime in late Q4.

DOH! That's what I get for thinking faster than I type... I knew that... but the comparison is still valid:

Coppermine P3: 0.18 micron: 1.0GHz
Tualatin P3: 0.13 micron: OC to 1.4GHz

Willamette P4: 0.18 micron: 2.0GHz
Northwood P4: 0.13 micron: ?????

I'd say 2.5GHz would be a minimum... Intel has cherry picked cores for demo's before... the air cooled 2.0GHz demonstration at a previous IDF raised eyebrows and hackles depending the viewer paradigm.
