Steven: You proberly talked to one of Medialigth rep at the Westell booth. Medialigth is partners with Westell, Their product is the plug&play ISA PC card internal ADSL modem. It operates at 1.5 Mbs down stream and 64k up stream, and it is ADSL/CAP. The women I spoke with at Orckit said they dont have the ADSL yet, and the demo was not working. I asked what type was they using for ADSL she said DMT .Their products are Copper Trunk using HDSL ADSL, and VDSL. IMHO the telcos will go with the Standard compliant ,the one who has quality and at a good price. Thuy Pham
