As it should (with the confirming information made available this week). The market is a fascinating concept. Over the long term, it is efficient. The problem and the challenge is that it frequently is not efficient in the short and intermediate terms. The long term for this one has been from 1992. It is going down ladies and ..... the rest of you. Here is to survival long enough to be right and to flourish. : )
