I really don’t want to theorize openly on the subject if you don’t mind although I find the number of people involved (up to 105) and the number of missing and or destroyed returns and all with owed taxes (1800), more than just a coincidence.

It appears to me to have been an organized effort with a common goal. That is why I hope that it is not swept under the rug.
