We have the good news of improving orders in the BtB, but do you really, really think anybody is going to pay attention at this point in time? Almost everybody, including the professionals and fund managers are hiding under rocks or running around yelling fire and pushing the sell button. Short interest was just out on the NYSE today. Yet another record high for August 15. About 7 months in a row now of records. It doubt the BtB matters at all tomorrow in the grand scheme of things. Unfortunately.
