sorry for the very late reply .. !!

re: big rate cut - well .. if i had a choice, i wouldnt want no rate reduction at all; but rather a soothing words from Gspan convincing us that the eco was at the bottom of the bell curve, which would eventually moving higher in the near future <GGGG> !!!!
