I could be early but I'm not wrong. Only 48 oversold semiconductors out of 199 listed here at Silicon Investor Don. I'm kind of surprised it's not higher after today's nearly 5% decline on the semiconductor index. There are a lot of stocks on this list that deserve to be oversold but there are some gems in there too.
