I don't short stocks. I try to stay in front of Institutional rotation with valuation in mind. The aforementioned strategy includes having a 100% cash position at times. Maybe there are many on this thread playing the trading range. The reset of that range could create enthusiasm. Otherwise, I can't see the excitement.
