Milo, just read the Si spitting contest. Sometimes you guys miss the most elementary things. While the desktop Morgans now run on 1.75 V, the laptop versions which already go to 900 MHz (just under the top spitfire) do it at 1.4 V. According to AMD those are made at Austin on .18 Al as well. So it is silly to claim that Morgan needs a higher voltage to get the same clockspeeds, though it may need higher to get much more. I expect that AMD will get Morgan to 1.2 GHz at Christmas time, but it is only my gut. Of course the other advantage of 1.75 V is that they spec the same as Palomino. Might prove useful to have the same requirement in terms of flexibility of infrastructure.
