Anyone who approves of Bush is either married to one party right or wrong, from Texas or some oil/cow town, is related to his cabinet so just got a job, hates the environment, loves satellite warfare or is extremely gullible and swallowing their PR hook, line and sinker. That will change. You can only fool the majority for awhile. Not one single Bush program is or should be popular with most people in American. Problem is very few ever bother to read the fine print of the contract Bush's White House is writing for their futures. If they did they'd gag.
