Peter, can you verify that Jones and Smith are different people? I still think that something "funny" is going on here. Not saying that Datek is involved, but I'll still bet Datek knows or at least has "heard" what is really going on here. (Mini-mutual fund doesn't sound likely, when we are talking about split-second trades made during the day.) It seems that due to the loss-of-priority "feature", one can "poison" an order very easily this way.
