What happens is that you continue to own your shares, just like before. Since Micron is willing
to buy as many shares as it can for $1, you know that it must be worth more than $1. After the tender
offer has expired, the stock will most likely go up. The same thing happened with Zenith. There was
a tender offer (I forget the name of the company). After the tender offer expired, the stock soared.

DON'T tender your shares.
