Ten Well Drilling Program.

The Hutchins Peareson No. 6 Well was hooked up to the sales line at 3:00 pm on Friday Aug. 10, 2001 and has been
consistently monitored and the results are as follows:

This Well will be monitored daily until an even flow occurs and financial data will be calculated at that time.

The Kroneck No. 2 Well turned out to be no more than remnant sand and it was abandoned.

The drilling of the Mitsch-Harfst Well will begin by the end of August.

The drilling of the Hutchins-Peareson No. 8 Well will begin upon completion of the Mitsch-Harfsrt Well.

The Company will release news as these Wells are completed.
