What is your current opinion of cmos? Are you going to hold it or do you expect to sell? This is the one stock I own I know very little about (I work in the industry but not in semis). You are right about the analysts I think. I realized that when I did some research on Ames Dept Stores. I got all the company info, then Ames sent me some research reports (analyst reports). I realized the analysts were all parroting the PR pitch from the company. Clear none of them had really walked through an Ames store, or considered the true impact ofWal-Mart competition. I find listening to earnings conf calls and taking extensive notes for later review is useful. cmos is impressive in this way. fiscally conservative it seems and good margins. what I don't know is how good their products really are. What is your opinion? Have you looked at CHSE? PC distributor consoldating lots of little operations in Europe. Strong management.
