Let me point out here that NASDAQ requires $1MM of equity to be listed. The key requriement is audited financial statement and investment banker's due diligency. Just how long does it takes for an "appointed" big six accounting firm to figure out weither a none operational company's book is right or wrong? Do you think it will take them more then 30 days? If DWSC is in the process of doing it, you will hear it already. It could be a good news to jump their stock again :)... Just three more questiones for people to consider: 1) What is the relation between DWSC and the transportation company? Sure they were purchased. How is the legal arrangement? can it be set up in a way that asset will be used but not recording a profit if there is any? What and how do people in US control the asset if illegal transaction is going on? 2) DWSC is in and out different business in the last two years. Never heard they make any money. They can't even budget their money right when they acquare business. What makes you think they will be fine this time? 3) Those who dream big market in China, have you lived in China? Do you know what is the price of taking a cab or rent a car? Do you know what is the legal requirement for people to get a driver's permit? Ha, get the fact first before you put in your money :)...
