So, looks like BGEN and MEDX probably don't own much. But AFFX may walk away with a little of the revamped company.

I'm sort of neutral on this move. It taxes the $$$ flow from the software business further, and gives PCOP nothing late-stage. I feel -- first blush -- that they paid too much. Nice research group, going forward, however. Nice fit from that perspective.
