Releasing the name of the herb is inconsequential at this point. IF a drug compnay wanted to pursue these compounds as prescription drugs, it would take years before the necessary data was generated to appease the FDA. I doubt they'd be bothered trying the dietary supplement route. It's not their style. Theoretically, it would be possible for PRLN to change their minds, market the products as dietary supplements, and still beat everyone to market with room to spare. I really would love to know what Rhodes thinks he can salvage by taking some obscure alternate path.
