To BayWatcher and ALL: I just found this out, going over the recently released 10-Q. I had to reread this twice because I couldn't believe what it said. biz.whowhere.com Look at the part about "how it is in the best interests of the shareholders to compensate the Executive BECAUSE OF INCREASE IN VALUE OF THE COMAPANY'S COMMON STOCK. Say WHAT!!?!?!?!?!?!?! Maybe they weren't paying attention too closely, but our stock has lost like a gazillon percent since last year! I wish I could bring some kind of action against this company. We are getting F'd big-time. First of all the compensation committee is screwed for letting Chadsey make $4.4 M this year, as us shareholder's get squat. Then they go around giving away unrestricted shares(25,000) and the guy immediately dumps them. I am getting more pissed as I type......
