Let's see....operas about dismemberment....gotta be somethin'....well, aside from our trauma-room remake of Otello...lots of gore there...well, best I can think of is that new restaging of Berlioz' Les Troyens ("The Trojans") with John Wayne Bobbitt in the lead tenor role, in this version he loses his remaining members...and there's the new release of The Barber of Seville restaged in Highgate, London where the Barber actually turns out to be Jack the Ripper, you know, what with the razor and everything...I'll have to work some more on this one.
