I hadn't seen that. I imagine the law will pass. When leaks are outlawed, only outlaws will leak. I imagine prosecution will be selective. The executive will have two shots to keep itself clean, non-prosecution and retroactive declassification. Anybody who goes against the executive will have problems with prosecution and retroactive classification. On a semi-related topic, I've been saving up a few clips on the last "successful" Star Wars test. In which it was proved that it "works" by putting a radio beacon in the incoming warhead for the abm to home on. It hasn't quite been explained how we're going to convince all the people who are going to nuke us to put beacons in their warheads, but I'm sure W's persuasive powers will carry the day there.
