I have no allegiance to tradition and as far as I can see a particular religious reference has not been claimed here. You said faith. I said religion. Perhaps my use of the word religion was sloppy. I thought they conveyed pretty much the same meaning. We can continue to use faith if you prefer. I added tradition out of respect for JLA, whom I know to be a "heathen" like me, but whom I have seen supporting traditional values a la Republican. I am getting the clear impression that you need a straw man named brees to beat the crap out I'm sorry if it seems like I'm beating you up. I press sometimes when I'm frustrated because I can't find a way to evoke an answer to a key question. I'll try to watch it. I really don't mean you to be the center of this but you're the one who made the three statements that kicked this off. I want to understand what you meant by PMPs, why you and others have a bias towards them, and then look at whether that bias is warranted or not. I was quite surprised when you said you'd thought I was a PMP since you don't seem to consider X one and her views and mine on the basis of human morality are very similar. Karen
