Yeah, the magnitude of the error is so large, that it's kind of like INTC "losing" their production and sales numbers for a week. Can you imagine the torrent of stories from an outraged financial press that would ensue a faux pas of that order? I suppose only the "oil business" is permitted to play these games. The name of the company that "failed to report" accurately, definitely needs to be revealed and investigated. Imo that's far too much NG to just "lose".
