Hi DavesM,

Can you point me to specific information (URLs) on this statement: The result is that peak consumption is lower (over 10,000MW) this summer than last in CA.

Weather is without question the key determinant of this number. I'd love to compare degree day data from 2000 with this year, but am too lazy to go out and try to recreate your statement of fact. Are there some sites on the web to help me analyze this data point? TIA
