Hi Joe, Thanks I'm fine - I hope that same for your end :-) LTGL is OTCBB and reporting: ragingbull.lycos.com Their book worth 60K$ and even profitable 90K$ (1 cent a share) at the end of June this year. Book value per share 0.014 - fully diluted (the 500K preferred turned into shares) it is 0.007. So the latest trading is at 10 times book value. There is nothing in the filing to get excited about.
