Volume today was up. Trade size did not look to me to be very large blocks. I noticed yesterday that many trades were small in size, but high in frequency. I felt either an accumulation and/or a liquidation was taking place. Today, again, I noticed smaller blocks (5, 10, 15k)trading at a brisk pace.
To me, the chances of retail level investors just 'happening' all to be trading in even blocks at a more or less steady rate, is slim.
I still believe that either an accumulation or liquidation, or a combination of these two, is presently taking place.
My guess is that it may be very strong indicator, or mean absolutely nothing...BUT.........I feel it is very critical that when trading seems to be taking place in an orchestrated manner (i.e. High Frequency trades of like amounts) the stock price increases. Trading volume adds significance as volume increases.
Noticed that Compq and Intel will be codeveloping product to service the Wireless Webb. As best I can tell, the product will be a compliment to INSP interests. Again...I ask...Is INSP being robbed blind of their best technologies or is the BBtB (Business Behind the Business) model growing dendrites!
If anyone has an opinion but not an active membership to post on SI, post on your own board...I check other boards.
If there are any posters out there with the ability to watch or check the running real-time ticker on INSP, are you seeing the type of trading pattern I was trying to explain?
I was reading the Yahoo board and remembered seeing a subject heading talking about -100,000 shares trading-It was around that time I noticed the small but steady volume of shares trading. |
