Dont forget Iraq normally sends about 900kbpd to the USA. It should be arriving any day now if it has not started. We should have at least two more strong weeks of gasoline demand and several weeks with many refineries out for maintenance. I think the lower end of the band and the method of achieving it is much too close to a point of no return where prices can drop disproportionately in relation to stock changes. i.e. shorters gaining up hand. If NG prices stay $2.50 for most of the Winter there will be allot less distillate/residual burned this Winter compared to the last one for similar heating requirements.
