EXDS reportedly accepting buyout offers.

This doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling when that company, which is probably under heavy consultation with GX, does a 180 from stating that they will not have a problem remaining independent, then states that a buyout may be a necessary alternative. (Those are my words)

I know they are in worse shape than GX, and this might actually work out in GX's favor, but my question is: Will GX eventually look for a buyer?

Thoughts?
