CNBC had a clown from Merrill today about 11 AM est touting home-building stocks -- TOL, CTX, KBH. CNBC also mentioned LEN in the group. I think we all know what that means.

Question for the CFZ: Would a short seem to be "fast money"? They'll be cut in half eventually of course, but is "eventually" more than six months or so? My short money, having missed the ACF train, would need a good reason to wait for something other than the BKX.X Southern Express.
