Actually, I was thinking about that very topic earlier. Bottoms tend to be sharp, but tops are almost always lengthy, rounding affairs. As a result, on longer-term time frames at least, multi-hit tops are much more common than multi-hit bottoms. Three individual, separated hits are unlikely to hold in either direction, but this may be shaping up into a rounding, rolling top. They are clustered closely enough for that. It's ugly, but it might also be interpreted like a head and shoulders top, if it gets all the way back down to a prospective neckline at 1162.
