Same buyer firm (Loewen, institutional not retail) as last week, different seller firms. I believe Loewen does business with BGI and certainly has covered them through their analyst, Robt Van Doorn. The August 8 trade was 1,672,500 shares, this one for 600,000. I'd say BGI may have a new 10% shareholder? A fund? A major? How long would they have under Canadian securities laws for a disclosure filing? My first reply back from Simonaeu two weeks ago on this was a "dunno". I've asked again today.
