Is it time to put some bets on copper futures?

If LME inventories continue their decline, we may have put in the lows on copper prices.

I seem to recall back in late 1993 when inventories began their decline it was the beginning of the last big bull move in copper.

Also going for it is the decline in the dollar which helps the price of all commodities that are denominated in the US currency.

Throw in a recovery in the world starting some time next year and you might have all the ingredients for a nice run in the red metal.

What do you think? Is it time?
